I need advice on covering a park with Wifi.?

Question about Dedicated T1 by Mobashir Ahmed:
I need advice on covering a park with Wifi.?

My chosen answer:
I need to cover a trailer park with wifi so that everyone can connect and have good signal. If necessary, i am willing to use a repeater, or some kind of signal booster, or even 2-3 access points.

What do you suggest i should go with. About a 50 or so users will be using to connect to the wifi.

For the data, i will have a dedicated T1, maybe 2 T1s if necessary.

Advice appreciated.

If you know better then please let us know below

Would this solution cause performance or security issues?

A question about Dedicated T1 asked by JoelKatz:
Would this solution cause performance or security issues?

My fixed answer:
I would argue that there are no issues. Others might disagree.

My strife would simply be this: Provided you trust your customer enough to permit him to pin down his own personal behind your firewall, and you permit him to access his own computer done any appliance, then you already property him to operate on both sides of your firewall. Hence there’s no additional exposure in allowing him to connect another computer behind your firewall.

Now my exchange does not apply whether the customer was not expected to be allowed unlimited right to his own computer. For example, if part of the agreement of you permitting a punter to place a computer behind your firewall is that he not have aim or unlimited accession to that personal, then you bountiful him direct access to even his own computer violates that policy directly.

The tine is, anything the computer you allowed him to connect can succeed, the computer he was already granted to connect could do. So there’s no additional exposure, provided argonon was permitted to have accession to the computer that was already connected behind your firewall anyway.

I could see others disagreeing on the grounds that the peril of an accidental exposure are increased in this way. All for example, if he was aimed to accession his computer through a dedicated console, allowing him to connect his own computer could allow that personal to spread a virus to other computers trailing your firewall. So there’s an argument to be made that there’s a greater stake of accidental breaches by allowing him to connect a “random” computer down your firewall.

Wherefore is a T1 more expensive than cable, until now Cable is rated faster?

Question nearly Devoted T1 with pmc123:
Why is a T1 more costly than cable, yet Cable is rated faster?

Leaders reply
T1 is loyal, symmetrical, and point-to-point. That makes it secure and predictable. – which is important if you are using it for business. Cable is rated faster, but it is unpredictable(bandwidth is not guraranteed), assymetrical (faster in one direction), and Internet-only (other data shares the media). T1 is also an older technology – and older techologies are often more expensive than later alternatives.

Question about Dedicated T1 posed by Valdis K:
a network has four campuses each campus has four buildings and each building has five floors all flooring has?

The NUMBER 1 answer:
Hint: A T1 is a point-to-point, so it doesn’t constitute a subnet. It might still *connect* a subnet to something else.
